CashPalm is a trademark (DBA) of AUREA ATM Ventures LLC ("CashPalm," "we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why, and how we protect it. It does not cover information handled directly by ATM processors or financial networks when you use one of our physical machines — that is governed by their own privacy and network rules.
Through the contact form on this site, we collect: business name, business type, city, email address, and — only if you choose to provide it — a phone number and any message you write. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and this site is not directed at children.
Solely to evaluate whether your location is a fit for a no-cost ATM placement and to contact you about it. We do not use this information for advertising, and we do not sell it to third parties.
Form submissions are processed through Netlify's form-handling infrastructure and forwarded to our internal email. We take reasonable measures to protect this information consistent with the Florida Information Protection Act (Fla. Stat. § 501.171), including transmitting all site traffic over HTTPS/TLS encryption.
This website does not currently use tracking or advertising cookies. If we add analytics tools in the future, we will update this policy and add a cookie notice before doing so.
You can request a copy of the information you submitted, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time, by emailing contact@cashpalmatms.com.
We may update this policy as the business evolves. Material changes will be reflected with a new "last updated" date above.
